Angela Kaufman

Angela Kaufman is an author Speaker writer, Certified Intuitive Consultant Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Activist as well as an Astrologer. She is an Ordained minister and a Reiki and psychic medium. Kauffman, who spent three years in Italy, became known as a portraitist and also created history paintings. The election of Kauffman to Rome's Accademia San Luca (the Academy of Saint Lucia) in 1765 was acknowledgment of her talents as an artist. Angelica Kauffman spent only 15 years living in England however she made an enormous contribution to the 18th century London art scene. She was one of the two female founding members at the Royal Academy. Angelica Kauffman, an artist who died in 1807 at the age of 62 was an active part of the Royal Academy. In her spare time, Liz loves to make art out of old books exercise, hike and sail. Kauffman began to become acquainted with the British Community in Rome when she moved to the city in January 1763. Following a couple of months, the family moved to Naples. Her work continued to be painted portraits as well as studying English. Kauffman could study Old Masters' works and get her first portraits sent to an exhibition in London.
