Jill Hennessy

Her multi-ethnic heritage includes Irish and Italians as well as Swedish, French, Ukrainians and Irish. Jacqueline is her twin sister, and is an actor. Jill was able to learn different languages, including Italian, French, Spanish when she was growing to. At twelve, she became attracted to acting. She started her acting career in Toronto by appearing in David Cronenberg's Dead Ringers playing an escort alongside his twin sister. She then studied improv-comedy at Second City with Deb Kimmet. After that, she moved back to New York two years later after which she signed a deal to as the Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit show that has been running for a long time Law & Order. For the duration of her 3 year stint in the show, she was also doing feature film roles such as RoboCop 3 (1993), Ron Howard's The Paper (1994), and I Shot Andy Warhol (1996). She was a part of a handful of uninteresting films in the next time, but she finally got a starring part in 1999's miniseries uremberg alongside Alec Baldwin. Roles in major productions like Autumn in New York and Exit Wounds followed. Her first lead role was in NBC's crime series Crossing Jordan. And in 2007, for her role in the show, she was awarded to the series, she received a Gracie Allen as the "Outstanding Female Lead in a Drama Series". She was married to another actor Paolo Mastropietro in 2000. They have two kids. In 2007, she was inducted into the Canadian Walk of Fame in 2007. Jill Jill Jill Jill Jill
